The Cottages offer private residence options like no other naturist resort. We are offering unique, affordable homes in a true resort setting. Several configurations of each will be offered. The use of automobiles on the premises is limited, which reduces noise and pollution caused by cars. Our pathways are designed for pedestrians, bicycles and golf carts. Our free shuttle service runs regularly throughout the resort making it is easy to get from place to place. The Cottages offer one- and two-bedroom homes. Also offered are three bedroom or two bedroom with den homes. These homes are located on large individual lots designed for privacy, and contain all the conveniences of home. Pre-construction prices begin at approximately $95,000. All of the homes are land leased with monthly fees based on lot size and location within the resort. The land lease fees begin at $195 per month. The exterior designs are uniform and in keeping with the Olde Florida theme. All owners are required to be annual members of Terra Sol Resort.

A Terra Sol cottage home can be placed into the rental pool when not being used by the owner. Placing your home in the care of the Terra Sol property management team provides an opportunity to generate revenue for the owner at 50% of the rental rates. That revenue can partially or completely offset the cost of owning and maintaining the vacation home.

The number of homes available in Terra Sol is limited as is each style and size. Our South Florida location is one of the most desirable in the country.
