You may choose to purchase a One, Two or Three
Bedroom Cottage at The Cottages.
All of The Cottages are
conveniently located near the Pine Level
Towne Centre. Or, you may prefer an RV
Site, or a ¼ acre home site both located at
The Links at Terra Sol. The expected
delivery dates for The Cottages is
late Fall of 2008 or early 2009. Home and RV
sites at The Links at Terra Sol
are expected to open in late 2009.
We
anticipate an overwhelming response to the
release of our homes and have instituted a fair
system for reservations. A reservation for a
home is made on a first-come, first-opportunity
to purchase system. We anticipate taking
reservations from now through the Fall of 2008.
At that time we’ll request that reservations
become confirmed contracts with a commitment and
a 20% down payment. All reservations are
completely refundable if you change your mind
until you actually contract for your home or
site.
